Refund Policy

Digital Products

We sell downloadable digital products (including PDFs, ebooks, and workbooks). Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

When we will provide a refund or replacement

We will usually provide a refund or replacement where appropriate if:Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for the same order.
Failure to deliver / access issues
You can’t access or download your files due to a delivery problem that we’re unable to resolve after reasonable troubleshooting.
Faulty files or materially not as described
The files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description (for example, the wrong file set was delivered).
Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions
You believe the purchase was unauthorised. We may request information to help investigate.

What we may ask for

To help us locate and assess your order, please include:

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number (or receipt)

  • A brief description of the issue (and screenshots if relevant)

Resolution process

  • If eligible, we may offer a replacement file (for delivery/file issues) or a refund (for eligible cases).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or replacement) under the ACL.

Products and delivery

Routine Lab sells downloadable digital products (including PDFs, ebooks, and workbooks).
After purchase, your files are made available via your order receipt / My Orders page provided by Lemon Squeezy (or another delivery method we may use from time to time).

One-time purchases

All purchases are one-time purchases (no recurring subscription fees).

License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.You may:

  • Download and use the files for your own personal use.

  • Print the materials for your own personal use (including re-printing as needed).

You must not (and you agree you will not):

  • Share, distribute, upload, publish, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the files available to any other person.

  • Use the files for commercial purposes.

  • Use the files in a team, workplace, community, classroom, or organisation without written permission.

  • Create derivative works from the files.

No modifications

You must not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the files (including distributing any modified version).

Updates

If updates are included with your purchase, we may provide updates to the specific product/edition you purchased from time to time. Updates do not include other products or other editions.Updates may be delivered via your original download link/order page, a customer portal, email, or another reasonable method we choose. We may change the delivery method over time (including if we change platforms).

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using a valid email address at checkout and maintaining access to it.

  • Keeping your copies/backups of any downloaded files.

  • Ensuring your device/software can open standard PDF files.

Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for digital downloads. Refunds or replacements may be available in limited circumstances (e.g., duplicate charge, failure to deliver, faulty/corrupted files, materially not as described, unauthorized transactions).Read our Refund Policy
